Short breaks are available, but are subject to availability and cost around £75 per night. please contact us for more information.
Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Within the property there is also a thermostatic electric convector heaters, electric oven and ceramic hob, integrated fridge and ice box. A Washer dryer is also available in a nearby outbuilding. Other features include a telephone which is able to receive incoming calls only and Garage parking. Access to the cottage is by stairs only.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the cost of the booking is required no later than 7 working days from the time of booking.
Payment Terms: The balance of the tariff must be paid within 6 weeks of the date of arrival, by cheque payable to Mr S Houston, or direct into a bank account. (Details available upon request).
